• Design input and review - need help with mountain home design, choosing the features of your home, selecting materials? Just ask. We can also review plans and offer feedback on design and constructability.

• Estimating - We will work with you to create a complete estimate specific to your project, so you understand the budget up front and the allowances for the features and trims that you’ll select.

• Site Planning and Trade Design - We can help you supplement your home plans with site plans, lighting plans, plumbing and HVAC concepts and other detailed design features to assist subcontractors with pricing and execution of work.

• Permitting and fees - We have the experience and contacts to help you understand and acquire your building permit, utility connections, etc.

• General Contracting - We will work with all the subcontractors necessary to complete your project; excavation, concrete, plumbing, electrical, insulation, drywall, paint and more, so that your project is turnkey with one point of contact and a GC in charge of quality control.

• Purchasing - Plumbing trims, lighting fixtures, flooring, cabinets and countertops, etc. Let us know how what you want, and we’ll work with you to get it and install it.

• Framing - We self-execute the framing of your home to maintain a high standard of quality and control costs.

• Finishing - We self-execute the final trimount of your project, from flooring and trim to cabinets and door hardware to deliver a complete move-in ready home.
